ArorasPractice are a lovely family run business, Shipra worked with us to satisfy all of our hopes on plans for a double storey side extension. We got a response from ArorasPractice within an hour of registering with Bark and Shipra came to see us to discuss our needs within 2 days. She is prompt and polite, professional, friendly, helpful. We engaged with Shipra to work with us on design of our extension to the front and back of our house along with a Loft Conversion. From start to finish Shipra made us feel confident we had the right person for the job. The paperwork for planning was done for us along with details drawings etc. Once we were granted permission Shipra dealt with building control and our chosen builder to ensure we were in the driving seat. I don’t think we were able to do this without Shipra’s help and attention to detail and having the time and kindness to listen to everything we wanted along with a few of her own ideas we had exactly what we were dreaming of.
